whenever you go to overseas there will be one of the most exciting activities that you would be ready for... which is SHOPPING TIME ~!!! so for this entry, i would like to share few famous & best spot of Factory Outlet nearby Sydney, Australia. 

DFO HOMEBUSH, SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK

Around 15 km from the city centre, DFO is near Sydney Olympic Park, and features over 120 stores spread over two levels. There are more than 80 international and Aussie designers in residence, with up to 70% off top brands. The ground floor focuses on lifestyle offerings including homewares, sports and electrical, while upstairs you’ll find fashion retailers. There’s also a massive dining precinct. The centre underwent a $100 million upgrade in 2014, including a major redesign, adding more than 30 new stores and over 800 extra car spaces.

BIRKENHEAD POINT, DRUMMOYNE

Once an industrial area, the beautifully situated harbourside precinct of Birkenhead Point is well known for its outlet mall. It’s the only outlet shopping you’ll find on Sydney Harbour. This centre has over 100 stores, so you can spend the day shopping, and it’s also easily accessible via public transport, with buses running from the Queen Victoria Building in the city every 5 minutes at peak times. HIghlights include the David Jones factory outlet and the massive Nike store. There are also great Aussie brands, like luxury handbag maker Oroton.

MARKET CITY, CHINA TOWN

Located on top of Paddy’s Market, close to Central Station, Chinatown’s Market City shopping centre is the only outlet shopping in the City Centre. You’ll find the outlets on level 2 of Market City, with level 3 housing a great food court and level 1 made up of retail shopping, including the IGA Thai Kee supermarket. Market City is a great option if you’re after a bargain in the city and it gives you the best of both worlds, with outlets and retail shopping all under one roof.

ALEXANDRIA

Catch a bus to Botany Road or hop on a train to Green Square and explore the outlet stores that line Mcevoy Street and Botany Road. Shops are spread along these streets, so a bit of online research goes a long way – but you’ll find great bargains from the likes of Seafolly, Puma, New Balance, Cotton On, Morrisey and David Lawrence. For kitchenware, check out Victoria’s Basement, Sunbeam, Peter’s of Kensington, and World Kitchen, the makers of Pyrex. It’s also a great opportunity to check out the hip and lively cafes and restaurants in this up-and-coming neighbourhood.

CERITERA LADYBIE & MR LOYER

MACAM MANA BOLEH BERKENALAN?

Kenal??? kenal dia atas kawan atas kawan... i think i have to say credit to Papa Zunun sebab kenalkan.. masa kebetulan arwah daddy baru meninggal.. so i selalu juga mesej and call Papa Zunun untuk dapatkan khidmat nasihat berkenaan dengan proses proses undang-undang berkenaan dengan tinggalan arwah daddy.. Disebabkan Papa Zunun ni tinggal nun jauh kat Kedah tu, so, dia suggest to refer dengan kawan dia, si Loyer ni la.. 

At first, memang contact sebab nak tau lanjut berkenaan dengan  hal-hal pusaka ni la... but from time to time, we became close as friend.. so... meet up, usik, mengusik, borak.. biasa- biasa aje. 

FIRST IMPRESSION?

During our first phone conversation, Abam Loyer ni memang banyak cakap.. x putus putus.. sampai kenkadang ulang-ulang semata nak bagi kita faham tentang terma and process undang2... alhamdulillah, dia memang bagi i faham.. Nada suara? biasa je.. suara lelaki.. Lenggok? nothing much special... tone? still biasa.. 

Masa first jumpa.... kami jumpa kat restoran Murni, dekat dengan rumah i... teman dia makan kejap... masa mula mula tu dia senyap.. i plak segan... tapi lama lama ok la..  dia muka bersih, smart look, borak-borak.. dia, kalau terangkan sesuatu tu, memang bersungguh-sungguh nak bagi orang tu faham.. selagi x paham tanya je .. dia layan sampai kita faham.. then.. dia suka senyum.. 

APA YANG MENARIK MENGENAI DIA DI MATA ANDA?

Abg loyer di mata i, dia memang bersungguh-sungguh dengan apa yang dia buat.. high spiritual.. workaholic pon ye juga.. sampai kadang-kadang i bebel kat dia.. bila workaholic ni, masalah tido and makan la yang dia xjaga.. kata dia... dia muda so this is the time untuk dia gila kerja.. as friend.. terim je la.. 

Dia ni pemalu.. walaupon xde la malu sangat sebab kadang-kadang dia main redah.. hati dia stone, x pandai nak sweet sweet.. yang ni la sebab i suka usik dia.. hahaha.. then he loves to smile.. kadang-kadang tu dia xyah cakap.. cukup dia senyum pon dah boleh buat i epi.. macam happy pills gitu. 

dia ni juga a good listener... dengar.. and dengar.. walaupon kadang xsure dia dengar ke x...  and dia calm wif me.. maksudnya.. if ada anything, just bagitau.. cakap... he will listen and then up to him nak ikut atau tak..  not a multi tasking... so, kalau nampak dia dengan fon.. xyah la gatal pi ajak borak dengan dia.. memang x masuk.. so.. mari kita tenung dia dalam dalam.

In your closet!

On a limited budget (and everyone has some type of budget limits) you need to incorporate as much of your existing wardrobe as you can.

Shop smart by finding part of the "new" outfit in your closet.

Start by looking for bottoms that you already own: a skirt, pants or crops that could work. If you have some bottoms in black, white or khaki, all the better. If you can find at least part of the $100 outfit at home, you can put your money to maximum use in the stores.

If you don't have separates to use, then try to use shoes, belts or accessories that you already own. At all costs, avoid buying everything new, head-to-toe.

Use your shopping budget to buy a really great piece -- like a hot new top or incredibly sexy sandals.

The idea here is to learn how to bring in things that you already own into a new look. You'll not only save money, but you'll learn quickly what basics you need to own.
